CREEK FRONTAGE, BETTER HURRY! Evans Creek runs though property. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS GORGEOUS 320 ACRE PROPERTY. Partially
fenced. Great road access. This Elko County Nevada beauty won't last long. This ranch has great road
access. Nearby Evans Creek is a year round creek that flows from the Jake Mountains, which is just one of many mountains in
the area. I was at the property @ 7/1/07 and took all the pictures. So the pictures are of the actual property or are views
from the property. The Antelope that you see were on the property. This area also has Big Horn Sheep, and borders the winter
feeding grounds for large Mule Deer herds. Like I said a hunters dream. Willow Creek Reservoir is just minutes away.
Willow Creek Reservoir is located 15 miles east of Midas on dirt road. Known primarily for white crappie at eight to 12 inches
and some largemouth bass. The best time to fish is May and June, and fishing is fair in July. Fall fishing for crappie becomes
very difficult but can produce fish in the deeper water. Boat fishing is best, but shore fishing deeper, drop off areas is
productive. Trout fishing is very slow, but persistence may hook a nice native Lahontan cutthroat trout. Channel catfish are
showing up commonly in the three to eight pound range. Evans Creek helps feed The Little Humboldt River, which is a
tributary of the Humboldt River, approximately 60 mi (97 km) long, in northern Nevada in the United States. It is an intermittent
stream draining a rugged area on the edge of the Owyhee Desert in the Great Basin. It rises in two forks in northern Nevada.
The North Fork (45 mi/72 km) rises in northeastern Humboldt County, on the northeast end of the Santa Rosa Range, and flows
intermittently to the ESE along the southeast edge of the Owyhee Desert. The South Fork (40 mi/64 km) rises in extreme western
Elko County north of Jake Creek Mountain and flows generally WNW. The two forks join in eastern Humboldt County. The property is north of Battle Mountain. Battle Mountain is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Lander
County, Nevada, United States. The population was 2,871 at the 2000 census. Though it has no legal status as a municipality,
it still functions as the county seat of Lander County. Its primary economic base is gold mining and, to a lesser extent,
cattle ranching. Battle Mountain is famous for hosting annual bike races on a long, straight, flat stretch of Highway 305
just outside of town. Pedaling a streamlined two-wheeler at 81.00 MPH over a 200 meter distance in 2002, Sam Whittingham established
himself as "the fastest man alive". Also annually held on the same stretch of road is the 'Pony
Express' 2 , an open road event from Battle Mountain to Austin and back again. This make the longest open road race in the
country, averaging a total of 130 miles. The Owl Motel located in Battle Mountain was used in the 2001 film
Joy Ride. Legal Property Description Parcel 38N, 44E, S/2 SECTION 35, 320 +/- acres GPS Coords
